2. **Occupancy Limits:** Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.
3. **No Smoking:** This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the home.
4. **Pet Policy:** Pets allowed with prior approval. Non refundable pet deposit and no cats allowed
5. **Noise Levels:** Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
6. **Damage and Breakages:** Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage. Please report any issues immediately to avoid additional charges.
7. **Parking:** There is ample room for parking. There is 1 covered spot and plenty of room for trailers.
8. **Cleanliness:** Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Dispose of trash in designated bins and wash any used dishes.
9. **Appliances and Amenities:** Use appliances and amenities responsibly. Instructions for operation are provided in the house manual.
10. **Safety and Security:** Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.
11. **Emergency Contacts:** In case of emergency, please contact your host Michael Bloomer or refer to the house manual for assistance.
12. **Local Laws:** Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
